The board introduced Local Law #4 of 2026 to amend Local Law #2 of 2010 (the Dog Control Law) through Resolution 2026‑49. Town Attorney Jeff Eaton reported minor outstanding revisions to the Road Use Agreement and noted that Liberty‑Renewables has not submitted a PILOT request to the county IDA; the introduction of Local Law #4 was moved and adopted.
