The board reviewed a report that two new driveways were installed on Elm Ridge Road by land owner Melody Varney without town-issued permits. Highway Superintendent Hafemann raised the issue in the highway report and Supervisor Sands said the town will discuss the matter with CEO Remington to determine permit status and enforcement steps.
