The Telluride Planning & Zoning Commission convened a special work session on March 12 to annotate existing‑conditions maps with local knowledge about ownership, rentals and trail connectors as part of the town’s comprehensive‑plan update. Staff asked commissioners to spend 30 minutes marking parcels and corridors so GIS staff can refine maps for later policy work.
