Patrick O'Neil of the Facilities Department presented a recommendation to renew the tenant Upstate Colorado Economic Development Action Partnership, Inc.'s lease for the Chase Building at 822 7th Street, Greeley. He said the initial three-year term was expiring Aug. 31, 2026 and the tenant requested the three-year extension beginning Sept. 1, 2026 and expiring Aug. 31, 2029; Facilities recommended approval.
