The Planning Commission moved to approve the phase‑three replat of Renaissance Point, which subdivides Lot 3A into new lots (to be labeled lots 11 and 12) and documents previously recorded easements while establishing a 19-foot public utility easement, a public parking and access easement over the private portion of Atrium Boulevard, and stormwater and water-main easements.
