Treasurer urges one-year Wells Fargo extension to allow Workday integration

County Treasurer Bridget Grimm asked the board to approve amendment No. 3 to the master agreement for treasury management services with Wells Fargo Bank N.A., citing ongoing Workday integration complexities and the need to prepare a competitive bid scheduled for fourth quarter. She said the requested extension would be a final one-year prolongation to an expiration date of Oct. 31, 2027, with all existing terms and conditions unchanged and "therefore no fiscal impact."
