The Kent County Regional Planning Commission convened at 6:00 p.m. on Oct. 8 and confirmed a quorum of five commissioners. The commission approved the meeting agenda and the minutes of Sept. 10 (the minutes passed 4–0 with one commissioner not voting because she had been absent at the prior meeting).
