Putnam County Industrial Development Agency Executive Director Paula Hernandez told the legislature the IDA is now fully staffed and has completed its required compliance filings and audit. She briefed members on two pending commercial projects—one a generator sales/distribution expansion and another a painting/renovation firm consolidating operations—and said taxing jurisdictions will be notified ahead of authorizing resolutions at the IDA’s May board meeting.
