The Stephens County Board approved a 9-foot left-side yard setback variance requested by Rick Abbott for 1243 Ridgemore Drive so he can build a garage on a narrow lot. Abbott told the board the adjoining property owner consented to a one-foot foundation offset and that he will honor that condition.
