Town staff told the council the meter-installation program has installed roughly 236 meters but has uncovered operational and paperwork issues that slow the rollout and affect billing. "We've got 236 meters installed. So far, we're finding more and more problems that slow the the process down," a staff member said, urging the council to consider prioritizing meter fixes over other projects.
