The Land Use Commission unanimously approved Haseko Royal Kunia LLC’s requested extension of offsite-infrastructure deadlines consistent with a sixth amended MOU, and directed that Section M be stricken from the Commission’s approval after commissioners consulted the Deputy Attorney General.

The Land Use Commission unanimously approved a motion on April 8 to amend Condition A.1 of its 2024 Decision & Order to reflect deadlines in the sixth amended memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Haseko Royal Kunia, LLC and the Department of Agriculture, but the Commission removed Section M from that approval.
