The board approved a packet letter to Brown Transit and authorized release of a request for proposals for Hall County Rural Transit. Bids are due Aug. 25, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. in the county clerk’s office and a separate bid opening was set for Aug. 25 at 9:30 a.m. A commissioner noted Scott Sorenson has led work on the RFP though he was absent from the meeting.
