Commissioners select GrantWorks for homeowner reconstruction grant administration and approve resolution
After RFP review, the court authorized GrantWorks Inc. to provide project administration and construction-management services for the TDHCA Home Investment Partnership Program HRA grant and approved Resolution 2026-1009 to authorize awarding the contract contingent on negotiation.

Grant administrator Norma Salas presented the RFP evaluation and announced that GrantWorks Inc. was the recommended provider to administer the Homeowner Reconstruction Assistance (HRA) program funded through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Home Investment Partnership Fund. Salas said the evaluation committee scored proposals and selected GrantWorks to provide project administration, delivery and construction management.
