William Hill Gholston appeared on behalf of Nancy Gholston to seek a minor subdivision splitting two houses on one parcel on Shaffer Road. Gholston said the two existing homes were built in the 1960s–1970s and that splitting the parcel may require a flag‑lot and easement to provide 50‑foot road access for the back residence.
