City Projects Update: James Avery Signal Operational; Pool Work Targets Mid‑August Substantial Completion
Staff reported the James Avery traffic signal is operational, Granger McDonald Park is going to bid with alternate boardwalk pricing, Travis Street pump station was awarded (expected complete in about a year), and the municipal pool's interior work is on track for substantial completion in mid‑August.

A staff member updated the EIC on several capital projects during the June 15 meeting. The James Avery traffic signal is now fully operational, removing the need for officers to direct traffic, and Granger McDonald Park is out to bid with bids expected on the 24th; the boardwalk was removed from the base bid and is included as an alternate.
