Nichole Gordon presented a revised compensation plan for 2026–27 and the board approved the recommendation. The minutes state that "a revision was made to the pay scale and two more stipends were added for the Coaching staff." The motion to approve was made by Reuben Johnson and seconded by Tanner Voelkel; it passed 6–0 with one absence.
