Commissioners approve Rock Spring Reserve final plat in Precinct 2
The court approved the final plat of Rock Spring Reserve Subdivision (29.8 acres, Lots 1 and 2) in Precinct 2 after staff said it complies with county subdivision regulations and TxDOT provided a letter of concurrence for ingress/egress off State Highway 46.

Laurie presented the Rock Spring Reserve final plat to the court, describing the site as a 29.8‑acre parcel off State Highway 46 in Precinct 2 within regulated floodplain zones A and AE and served by Springs Hill water and GVC electric; Lot 2 is on septic but within the GVRA CCN. She said the plat had been reviewed by the fire marshal and county engineer and that TxDOT had provided a letter of concurrence for ingress and egress.
