Council approves cloud migration and digital workflows for accounting and budgeting

Staff presented a proposal to migrate the city's MyViewPoint accounting system to a cloud-hosted service (Selfcloud) and to add two modules: AP workflow and MyBudget. Chrissy said the cloud migration would allow remote access for department heads, automatic updates, free backups, and would not require additional licenses for the current users.
