Johanna Blanco, presenting as housing task force chair, gave the Planning Commission the task force’s annual update and walked commissioners through an April 1 housing pipeline they said shows projects at proposed, site‑plan/vesting, building‑permit and recently built stages. "The task force has written 2 plans, 1 in 2017, 1 in 2023, both of which provide goals and action steps for the city and county," Blanco said, and described city‑level priorities the group will carry forward.
