Developer reports progress on Terra Vista drainage and wastewater road
Jones Company's representative told the commission the revised drain plan was approved and the wastewater road was completed; staff said remaining items are minor and recommended a follow‑up review in April before release of remaining obligations.

Brett Feeney of True Land, representing Jones Company, updated the commission on Terra Vista construction progress and bond‑related items. He said the engineer revised the drainage plan, the submittal was approved by the county and the contractor began site work earlier in the month. "The wastewater road was completed, in its entirety last Friday," Feeney said, and he reported headwall installation and final grading were imminent.
