Terra Vista developer reports drainage work near completion; county staff to check ponding before release
Jones Company/Truland reported the wastewater road was finished and a headwall arriving for the Terra Vista roads, drainage and erosion-control work; county staff said most required items are nearly complete and suggested the commission review the item again in April before release of bond.

Brett Feeney of Truland (representing Jones Company) updated the commission on Item 22 (Terra Vista): the engineer revised the drainage and wastewater road plans, the county approved them, the contractor started work and the wastewater road was completed the prior Friday. Feeney said headwall delivery occurred late in the day and installation was expected the following day, with grading, straw matting, cleanup and final sod to follow.
