Ashley Coy of Gallagher presented the Bond 2025 update during the superintendent’s report. The meeting minutes state simply that "Ashley Coy with Gallagher gave the Bond 2025 Update." Board members heard the update as part of routine reports and later approved Procurement Methods for 2025 Bond Projects by motion.
