Save Our Library Committee: seven of eight cities pass resolutions supporting library district
Elizabeth, representing the Save Our Library Committee, told the Grant County Court that seven of eight incorporated cities had passed resolutions in favor of creating a library district and thanked the court for its assistance; she also asked whether deferred maintenance could be addressed if a district takes a long-term lease.

Elizabeth, speaking for the Save Our Library Committee, told the court the group has made progress toward forming a library district. "Last night we got the seventh of the eight required cities to pass the resolution in favor of creating a library district," she said, thanking the court for its support in moving the measure forward.
