Council approves amendment to Dyer Partnership engineering agreement for wastewater project

Staff recommended approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Dyer Partnership professional services agreement for engineering support on the wastewater treatment plant improvement project. The amendment updates the firm’s hourly billing rates to reflect 2025 rates and extends those rates through Dec. 31, 2026; staff said this is a cost‑containment measure for existing clients and does not increase the contract ceiling or change the project scope.
