Supervisor Bango presented Resolution #26-2026, which rescinds Resolution #10-2026 that would have modified the Water District 1 Water Project budget. Councilman Phipps moved to adopt the rescission and Councilwoman Ritz seconded. The Board approved the rescission on a roll-call vote with all five members voting aye.
