During the clerk’s report, the council approved several routine administrative items and vendor agreements. Clerk Terrie Wiley reported receipt of the annual RVS statement for $944; Kolby Lay moved and Cindy Barnes seconded payment of the bill, and the motion passed 4–0. Wiley also noted the local Ace Hardware stores were purchased by Westlake Ace Hardware and presented a new charge-account contract; Cindy Barnes moved to sign the new contract, which passed 4–0 on a motion by Kolby Lay.
