The Imperial City Council appointed Edward Dunn as interim Administrator on July 14, effective 12:00 P.M. Dunn—s appointment, presented by Mayor Craig Loeffler, was approved on a motion by Jan Elliott and second by Nick Colton; the vote passed with John Miller recording an abstention.
