Commissioner Lienhoop read the January 2026 Animal Control monthly report prepared by Director Dean Satterfield; specific pickup, reclaimed, and trap‑loan figures were recorded in the report section of the transcript and the Commissioners approved the report unanimously. Commissioner Kleinhenz read the Veteran Services monthly report prepared by Officer Dillon Miller, which recorded 53 appointments, multiple trips to the VA hospital (three canceled due to weather), and 614 miles on the veterans van; the Commissioners accepted that report as presented.
