Jeff Uhlir and an authorized representative appeared before the Board to present multiple valuation protests (listed in the record as Protests #11–13). "Protest #11-2026 — Jeff Uhlir... (226.76 acres). Protestor and authorized representative were present, sworn in and gave testimony," the minutes state; similar entries record 480 acres and 160 acres for his other protests.
