County advances auditor office renovation procurement, approves asbestos-testing contract

Farnsworth Group told the board it will issue a request for qualifications to solicit construction-manager-at-risk firms for the Dallas County Auditor Office renovation. Christopher Orth said statements of qualifications will be due April 23, an RFP will be issued May 5, proposals will be received May 14, interviews tentatively scheduled for May 20, with a recommendation to the board on May 26 and a contract target for June 9.
