The Canyons School District board heard from MGT Consulting Services on Oct. 6 after staff recommended the firm as the district’s boundary and enrollment consultant following a recent RFP process. Leon Wilcox, the district’s business administrator, told the board a six-member review team scored three proposals and that MGT had the highest overall score based on prior work with local districts, including Alpine and Granite. Wilcox said the district plans to bring a contract with MGT back to the board for consideration at a future meeting.
