The Buchanan County Board of Supervisors authorized the chair to sign a 28E intergovernmental agreement with Fayette County to replace a county-line bridge over the McColkin River. The board heard from a county official that Buchanan County would handle design work and Fayette County would administer the construction; construction costs under the contract would be split evenly.
