Emergency management staff explained persistent, temperamental AV problems at the county Emergency Operations Center that have disrupted multi-agency meetings. Staff presented two bids to repair and simplify the setup: OfficeTown at about $11,208 and Maximum Sound at roughly $11,600. The board voted to use capital projects funds and proceed with the OfficeTown bid.
