Butler County staff presented CU2603, a conditional-use permit request from Chris Dare to construct and operate a construction office on a 71-acre AG-40 parcel at 16544 Southwest 0.025 Street in Rose Hill. Staff said the office is primarily for administrative duties, would operate for limited public hours and would use existing accessory storage buildings for equipment and materials.
