Planning board recommends mortgage-lot split at Purity Springs Road for County Commission
The Butler County Planning and Zoning Board voted 5–0 to recommend approval of PL2609, a mortgage-lot split creating roughly 10 acres for a new home while placing about 70 acres in an agricultural preservation overlay. The County Commission will consider the recommendation April 28 at 9:00 a.m.
