Commissioners reject automatic HVAC renewal, direct staff to issue RFP after 3‑2 vote

The Board debated whether to continue the existing HVAC maintenance agreement with Davis Heating & Air (initial term July 1, 2022, with automatic annual renewal). Chairman Brad Jones moved to continue the current agreement, but the motion failed 2‑3 with Commissioners Tre' Ross, Jonathan Williamson and David Morales opposing the continuation.
