Lou Harter, the county IT director, asked commissioners to approve the DocuWare document management renewal, noting county clerk, finance and community development are active users. "The price has not gone up. It's still 27,096, and is budgeted and recommended to be paid for IT contractuals," Harter said. He told the board the billing schedule had been adjusted and the renewal would extend service through February 2027.
