At its March 11 meeting the Ridgeway Town Council approved a plat amendment for Northridge Lot 2A that revises mapped utility, access and recreational-path easements to reflect recent surveying and a pending ownership transfer. Planner Angie explained the amendment was a clean-up exercise to align recorded easements with on-the-ground infrastructure; the property includes three apartment buildings that predate some mapped easements.
