Commissioners accepted an agreement with Sheets Structural Consulting Incorporated for a limited scope of structural engineering services on a bridge replacement project (agreement amount not to exceed $4,250). The county manager said Carter Engineering Consultants will serve as the civil engineer for the Sty Road (referred to as Spy Cove/Sty Road in the record) bridge replacement over the Nley River; the structural consultant will provide basic structural design and drawings.
