Palm Valley begins full ERP payroll switch; fixed-asset and utility modules next
City staff reported that ERP conversion testing completed a biweekly payroll run Jan. 8 and the full payroll will process through the new Tyler system on Jan. 22; fixed-asset scanning rolls out this week and utility billing conversion is expected late spring/early summer.

City staff updated the council on the Tyler Technologies ERP conversion and related finance modules. Staff said a parallel test of a biweekly payroll was completed on Jan. 8 and the upcoming payroll on Jan. 22 will be processed fully through the new ERP. The requisition-to-purchase-order workflow and accounts-payable modules are active and department heads have been trained to enter requests in the system.
