Todd County authorized a local contractor, Busker Concrete, to replace deteriorating metal floor drains at the Northern Shop. The contractor's quote was $12,485 and the board approved the contract by voice vote.

Todd County’s public-works staff told commissioners July 7 that metal floor drains at the county’s Northern Shop, installed when the facility was built in 2002, are corroding from repeated exposure to salt and wet conditions and need replacement or repair.
