Staff reviewed the county's Ho‑Chunk funded projects list and said most projects were properly tracked but one $25,000 disbursement (cell‑check system tied to the sheriff's office) had removed that project's balance to zero. Staff asked to clean up spreadsheet formatting and color coding that had caused confusion and said they would correct the display and remove zeroed projects from active rows where appropriate.
