Committee member Kesler requested that an agenda item be added for the Nov. 12, 2026 meeting to discuss drafting a notification ordinance that would require incoming developers to formally notify Calumet County if they intend to construct a data center. The request was made during the agenda consideration for the next meeting and was discussed by the committee.
