Mill Hall to terminate Light-Heigel; appoint Code Assessment Professionals for code and zoning duties

The Mill Hall Borough Council voted to send Light-Heigel a 60-day notice terminating their contract to serve as Zoning Officer, Floodplain Administrator and Building Code Officer and to appoint Code Assessment Professionals to assume those duties immediately after the 60-day notice or upon termination. The motion to send the notice was moved by Richard Hetzel and recorded as carried; a separate motion by Mr. Hetzel appointed Code Assessment Professionals as the borough's code administration provider.
