Board sets hearings and issues permits for multiple waterfront projects
The board set Sept. 21 public hearings for two dock applications (Tar Kettle Road LLC and Shelter Island Waterfront Associates), closed the West Neck site-plan hearing, closed the hearing for a Peconic Avenue bulkhead after a WMAC 6-0 recommendation, and authorized a riparian mooring permit for Bingo Project Solutions after a WMAC 7-0 recommendation.
