The commission proposed replacing several legacy definitions with clearer, consolidated language. Bill Dunkel presented draft definitions for "Structure, Principal" — defined to include dwellings and commercial buildings — and "Structure, Accessory," which would include minor features such as sheds, pools and sports courts. Commissioners agreed to the proposed reorganization of definitions.
