IDB reports spec building progress, Horizon Industrial Park positioning for Space Command-related growth

Commissioner Cunningham, presenting the Industrial Development Board (IDB) report, said the IDB's site development grant project is progressing and that steel framing for a 100,000-square-foot speculative building at Runway Center Industrial Park is now being erected. "The building remains on track for completion by March of of 26, weather permitting," he told the commission, and IDB director Elaine Middleton is engaging multiple firms that have expressed interest.
