The Fonda City Council accepted the bid from Reiling Custom Concrete to build the basement for the Homes for Iowa house on a motion by Councilmember Tim Hess, seconded by Brian Larsen. The vote was recorded as Ayes — Hess, Walker, Larsen and Wells; Absent — Stauter.
