The Fonda City Council voted to proceed with next steps in an Iowa Rural Water Association water/sewer rate study that will explore a rate increase, approving the motion moved by Councilmember Brian Larsen and seconded by Councilmember Tim Hess. The recorded vote was Ayes: Hess, Walker, Larsen and Wells; Absent: Stauter.
