Engineering reports work to secure property approvals and prepare cost estimate for Chestnut Street segment

Engineering reported progress on proposed sidewalk installation: two of four property owners have agreed in principle to allow the work, and staff plan to solicit three quotes because the work cannot be done as a change order on existing projects. The Chair said staff will send the plan to the school board to keep them informed and to coordinate if the state comments.
